I'm sorry I'm such a slacker. I haven't added pictures of the house yet because we are still waiting on the stairs to be put in, then we are completely done! Mike hasn't been able to work on them due to his demanding schedule. Not only is he working a full time job and going to school, but he is also working a part time job at the glass company he used to work with. We need a higher income to qualify for some adjustments on our mortgage we are trying desperately to make. Poor guy is working to the bone. I'm very grateful for him though and all he does, and the baby is too :).
The baby is doing great. I'm kind of paranoid about eating a drinking right (at least 64 oz of water a day) for him, so hopefully that will pay off (and continue after I have the baby). Although I do allow myself a Pepsi, or coke here and there, never exceed 2-3 a week and usually split the can with Mike. (0 a week is just so hard sometimes!) As I'm sure you've all read I have been craving roast beef sandwiches from Arby's. There are two reasons this is odd. 1 I haven't eaten meat for almost 11 years, and 2. I HATE Arbys! Here are all the things I've craved so far. They are ALL strange since I haven't had some of them in years, or some I don't generally like.
1st trimester
(these were the only things I could eat without it coming back up)
-Nachos
-Slurpee's
-root beer
-salads and fruits
-olives (so gross, but so good)
-mashed potatoes and gravy
-chicken fingers
2nd trimester
-Baskin Robins chocolate ice cream with peanut butter
-Arby's (so gross, but so good)
-Sixlets
-Mrs Fields peanut butter dream bars
-pineapple
Its funny to be in class when he starts kicking, and doing his somersaults. I've noticed a few people in class staring at my belly a bit freaked out like I have an alien in me. Its not so funny in the middle of the night, or early morning when I'm trying to sleep. The little guy is lucky I already love him ;) But Mikes cousin lent me her body boppy. I don't know how I ever slept without it! It is amazing! Thanks again Viv!

updates
Ok guys, I'm sorry it has taken me so long to blog (Cicily). Here are some pics of my beautiful stomach wasting away. haha jk.

12 Weeks
14 weeks

22 weeks
Our wood flour is finally in, and we are loving it. The floors are beautiful. There are only 2 down sides to the floor. 1. you can see ALL of the hair Belle sheds (solved that with a basketball court dust mop-amazing!)
2. you can hear the dogs every step.
I had to order dog booties because the dogs slip around, and it freaks them out. It is also so annoying trying to sleep when you can hear them walking around our bed. For some reason Belle walks back and forth from my side to Mikes. ALL NIGHT! It drives me BONKERS!
We also noticed that the collar we have for LuLu is way too thin. Her neck is so big that we had to buy one of those ultra fat ones. While at petsmart Mike wanted to look at the lizards (he has wanted one since he was a kid) Being Labor day weekend they had a ridiculous sale, and we ended up taking home his early birthday present. Athena the Chameleon. She is beautiful!
This is a video of Athena trying to reach Mikes other hand, its cute when uses her tail to stand up, or hang.
I never though I'd say this but I'm grateful for the decline in temp. Since I've been pregnant I swear I have a built in furnace. Our A/C is broken, and the cool temps have helped a lot. We've had a few quotes from $3,500-8,000. So looks like we're gonna have to tough the rest of the summer out till tax season.
This last year has also been a very rough one. We've had our ups and downs as everyone does, and are so grateful for all the love and support we've gotten from you all. Things have been a lot better, and we have been feeling a lot better about things. Mike found a quote today that I thought was awesome, and SO true!
"Harboring resentment is like taking poison and waiting for the other person to die." - Unknown
I have felt a lot of weight lifted off my shoulders since I haven't been so angry about things that were out of our control.
PS. Pay your tithing on time, or Bank of America will steal your money! It took us 4 weeks to get the extra mortgage payment back that they took out. Yikes!
I will post some pictures of the floors, and Athena when I get home

Ultrasound #2
This last Wednesday we had a little scare because Kjera had a fever and some stomach pain and cramping. Fortunately, everything is going good still. It turned out to be good news. Our baby is still growing, and still seems healthy. It's even starting to look like a real baby! Its face is starting to form, and its starting to develop distinct fingers and toes! I love you Kjera for giving me two things that I've wanted more than anything else:
1. A beautiful wife to share my life with, and 2. the chance to be a dad one day. I love you

GET IN MY BELLEY
It was really neat to hear and see the heart beat. I was more than surprised to find out we could already catch the beat. The lady measured the heart rate and said it was in perfect range, and sounded healthy. :)

Blah
Feel sick, and exausted. Mike thinks i'm being dramatic when I say NOTHING sounds good. This is the first time I've said that and actually meant it. Either somthing sounds amazing, or it sounds repulsive! My appetite comes back here and there. For example lately I can only take a couple bites of whatever i'm eating, but today at lunch I toasted a bagel, and it was amazing! I swear I took two bites (then started talking to a girlfiend) I looked down to take another bite and was devistated to relize it was all gone. So deppressing.
