My little body secret...shhhh....

Dear friends and family,

I have seen a lot of posts lately about dieting. I know that I'm not a proffesional yet, but I will be 2 semesters from now so listen up! :) I have studdied nutrition ALOT and the human anatamy/physiology yadda yadda yadda. I have also studdied weird diets like "south beach diet", liquid diets, and diets where you have specific things one day of the week like protien, then the next day just this or that, and cutting out all carbs, and their effects on the body. THEY ARE VERY BAD! BAD, BAD, BAD! I'm afraid the only way to loose unwanted weight (lets focus on fat because you shouldn't be going off a scale anyway), so to loose unwanted fat (and be healthy)is to eat multiple meals throughout the day with a balance between whole wheats, veggies, fruits, milk products, and protiens; and exersize. I can't express how hard those other diets are on your body. Almost as hard as fast food and soda! If you drink soday everyday, and just cut out soda you will see a decrease in unwanted weight. If you feel you must cut something out, cut out fastfood, soda, and candy (sweets). But don't cut out veggies, fruit, whole wheats ect. You may loose weight by the extreme dieting but you will also be loosing muscle, and be harming your organs. The reason for not going off a scale is becasue if you exersize you will gain weight due to gaining muscle mass. This is why you should go off measuring tape rather than a scale. If you don't believe me and want a professional opinion as me in a year ;) I think I just found my thesis for gradschool ;)

ps.
The only way to get tone is to work out. Sorry, it's science.
